encargada, ni el propietario de la instalación, el Ayuntamiento se hacen cargo de intentar
solucionar estos desagradables asuntos, que socaban los más profundos sentimientos del ser
humano.
Esto se suma, a que el Ayuntamiento sufraga el coste de mantener dicha empresa prestando
un servicio municipal, por un elevado coste para las arcas públicas, realizando a mi modo de
entender una “prestación incompleta”, ya que la externalización fue puesta en marcha,
precisamente según consta en un informe municipal fechado en el año 2019 del expediente de
licitación del servicio por la «incapacidad manifiesta de los actuales funcionarios
municipales», siendo los encargados hasta la puesta en marcha de la licitación del servicio, y
por ello sustentado la gestión «operarios de servicios múltiples» para realización plena del
servicio funerario del Ayuntamiento.
Creo a mi entender, que si dichos problemas, afectarán en cierta medida a uno o a varios
miembros de la corporación municipal, hace bastante tiempo que ya se habían solucionado
por parte de la administración, ya que en otros asuntos se han puesto “las ganas suficientes”
para solucionar algunos problemas, aún no siendo prioritarios para la ciudadanía.
