La situación de limpieza y mantenimiento en el barrio de Tempranales ha motivado una denuncia pública por parte de sus residentes. Vecinos de la zona de la Avenida Arribes del Duero han denunciado un «estado de suciedad notable» que, según afirman, se observa de forma recurrente los fines de semana y algunos días entre semana.
La denuncia, señala específicamente la presencia de basuras sin recoger, hojas acumuladas desde el inicio del otoño y restos diversos que deterioran la imagen del entorno.
Los residentes manifiestan que esta situación no es puntual, sino recurrente. El principal motivo de preocupación, además de la imagen, es la salubridad. Los vecinos han expresado que la acumulación de desechos «puede llegar a generar problemas de salubridad», ya que en poco tiempo podría atraer ratas o, como ha ocurrido en otras ocasiones, jabalíes que se acercan en busca de restos de comida.
Los firmantes de la denuncia consideran que es necesario que se garantice una adecuada prestación de los servicios de limpieza y mantenimiento. Por ello, han solicitado al Ayuntamiento de San Sebastián de los Reyes que incremente la frecuencia de recogida de basuras y refuerce las labores de mantenimiento de parques, jardines y limpieza de aceras.
